Hi, I’m Dr. Cindy Green.

My goal has always been to create equitable processes within the settings where I work, to ensure opportunities for success are at the forefront of my work. My passion continues to revolve around providing opportunities  for students by developing the talent of those in key positions to provide services to students who may have deficits in their experiences that may interfere with their level of success. I have been afforded the opportunity to develop intensive programs in the area of behavior, social emotional development and mental health. This work allowed me to assist students  and families with developing healthy relationships at school and at home by providing prescriptive plans for access to necessary resources. It also required me to create processes and protocols for staff to assist in access and referrals to support these opportunities; followed by training and ongoing monitoring and coaching.

I have been in education for 25 years. Although my tenure in education has been in special education district office, I have served as a general education teacher, a special education teacher, a reading coach, Program Specialist, Program Administrator, a high school Assistant Principal, Principal of a Middle School and a Principal of a comprehensive high school. My educational background includes a M.S in Counseling as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and I obtained my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Cal State Fullerton. My approach continues to be grounded in developing talent that will permeate a system and produce opportunities for students on a larger scale.

Hi, I’m Stacey Wilkins.

Over the past 22 years, I’ve worked in education, supporting students and families throughout the state of California.  My roles have included:  middle school Teacher, Librarian, Dean of Students, high school Assistant Principal, Principal, Administrative Director of Innovation and Improvement and currently Assistant Superintendent for SIATech, Inc. During this time, I have facilitated curriculum development, revised discipline matrices, and developed collaborative teams.  My strengths are strategic planning, program design, transformational leadership, school culture, community engagement, and instructional practices for students with significant achievement gaps.

As the Administrative Director of Innovation and Improvement, I was tasked with improving three of the lowest academically-performing schools utilizing our School Improvement Grant (SIG). This work allowed me to provide extensive transformational leadership coaching for site administration and instructional coaching for teachers and instructional support staff. Through collaborative problem-solving, we established system support and sustainability, using a continuous improvement model. As a result, three College and Career Exploration Labs, Parent Centers, 21st Century Libraries with Maker Spaces, collaborative classroom learning environment, increased access to technology, and additional professional learning and teacher planning time was established to improve student outcomes.

In my recent roles, I have engaged educational partners in a variety of ways: LCAP development, MTSS development, accessing grant funding, developing collaborative teaming structures, building leadership capacity, and program design and evaluation.

My approach is grounded in fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and collaboration. I’m dedicated and focused on strengthening systems and structures for targeted academic and behavioral support for all students. Through different educational partnerships, I strive to create and maintain a culture of accountability to your organizational standard of excellence.
